‘Developer Options’ seems missing on Android Jelly Bean Samsung handset

My Samsung handset was running on Android ICS handset and during that time I could see ‘Developer Options’ label. But after upgrade to Android Jelly bean, the option seems missing. Why is it so? What am I supposed to do to resolve this problem?

This has happened as Android Jelly Bean hides this by default. The settings app must be launched at first on the device. If it is a phone, you must go for ‘About phone’ label or ‘About tablet’, if it is a tablet. On the bottom most area of the present section, ‘Build number’ option must be hit. The message that says “You are now a developer” can be seen after some time. Now you ought to visit the ‘Settings’ screen of the device. There you can view the ‘Developer Options’ label.
