Re: “Registration failed (13)” error in Samsung Galaxy S GT-I9000 after inserting the sim

    Hi,
The problem with the phone giving you an error message when ever you Turn ON the phone might be due to the fact that the phone is not registering the Sim properly to the carrier that is the SIM is not being detected properly by the phone. No in order to get rid of this issue you have to change the SIM card try inserting another SIM card in the phone and see if the problem is still present if that is the reason then the problem is with the phone. So have to change the Baseband of the phone. But if you are getting the Error message only with that particular SIM card then the problem is with your SIM card you have to change the SIM Card.
    Hope this helps.
