First of all, you should connect your phone to PC through any compatible USB cable. Then, you should select the memory of your android phone. You should then double click on the ‘Media’ folder so that you can find the ‘Audio’ folder. After that, you should click on that folder twice and then double click on ‘Notification’ folder. You should drag and drop the downloaded ringtone files into this folder. Once you finish the transfer, you should navigate into Menu > Settings> Sounds and tap over the ‘Notification ringtones’ option. You can find the downloaded ringtones under option which can be used as Notification tones later.
Hi,
In order to add custom ringtones to your Samsung Galaxy Note you should first connect the phone to the PC and then if you are using ICS which is android v4.0 you can just create a folder by name "Ringtones" in the root of your SD card and then transfer the ringtones to the folder from your PC. If the Note is still in Gingerbread then you should create a folder by name "Media" in which there should be another folder created by name "Audio" inside the audio folder you should create a folder by name "Ringtones" and another folder as "Notifications" in the Ringtones folder you can paste the ringtone files and in case of Notifications you can paste the Notifications files in that folder. Once you have pasted the files remove the phone from PC and then wait for 1 or 2 minutes for the media scan to complete once it is completed you can navigate to "Settings" menu and then select the option as "Sounds" there you can change the required ringtone.
Hope this Helps.

Hello Guest,
You can transfer ringtones to phone easily. Just connect you phone via USB to the PC and then drag and drop to the drive which the PC creates. You should selct "USB Mass Storage" Mode, or if you have bluetooth facility on your PC, then its quite easy. Just pair your PC with phone and transfer files via Bluetooth. Thank You. Hope my solution will be greatly acknowledged. :-)
You can connect your phone to PC in two ways.
1. Through the transfer cable.
2. Using the bluetooth , if the PC has the bluetooth software.
Once you connect your phone to the PC, the phone's hard disk / memory card appear as a disk available to access. You can access it and copy the ringtones to the right directory.
Once you copy the ringtone, you can access the same in your mobile now.
Adding custom ringtones to your mobile is a very easy process.Just connect your mobile to your desktop or laptop with ur USB. then select the mass storage option. And then you can add custom ringtones to your mobile.
thank you
