Since I purchased my Android powered Acer Liquid E, I canít find any noticeable issues with it. For the past few weeks, the device canít read any types of SD cards. What could be the reason behind this issue?

Re: Android powered Acer Liquid E not reading SD cards

    hey friend ..

If your phone is not able to read SD cards then this can be due to some reasons which are given below :

    - Your memory card is affected by viruses
    - Your phone's memory card slot is damaged or faulty
    - The memory card is not supported by your phone or is not compatible with it
    - Memory card got corrupted

For this problem try the following steps to solve the problem :

    - Check whether memory card is supported by your phone or not either by checking it in someone else's phone or contacting service centre person
    - Also check by inserting new supported memory into your phone and see if any of the error occurs... If it does then surely there is some problem with the memory card slot of your phone
    - Scan your memory card for any viruses and install antivirus in it ..
    - You can also try to format the memory card and then use it ..

If the above steps not solve the problem then i would suggest you to take your phone to the service centre and get your phone checked

    thanks

    * It may due to your sd card contain virus .
    * Scan your sd card before inserting in your device.
    * Or format your sd card then use it in your device.
    * If still facing same problem then there may be some internal hardare problem go to service
    center and repair your device.

    ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------

You need to remove all the password, bookmark, cache, temporary data, with the
    help of wipe data/phone.

:: So press the power switch with volume up button for few second.

:: Now from the boot screen select the recovery mode.

:: And then wipe/factory reset all the data.

:: This will perform the removal of all internal data and fix the memory space issue.
