    Android powered Motorola Droid keeps on restarting after new game installation

    I have recently installed a new game on my Android powered Motorola Droid handset. Followed by that, it is seen that the device gets restarted automatically without any prompts. Can you please help me out on this?

    Hi,
    The problem with Motorola Droid getting restarted after installing new game might be due to the fact the game you have installed is causing the problem. In order to get rid of this problem try removing the game and see if the problem is present. If that is not the issue, if you are experiencing this issue when you are using the application then it might be an RAM issue that the game is consuming more ROM and due to which you are getting the problem. If that is the case then kill all the applications that are running before you start the application and then see if the problem is present. The phone might reboot if there is not enough RAM left and in order clear that the phone may occasionally reboot.
    Hope this Helps.

    My dear friend.

    I guess you need to clear tour cache memory for the app.

    Follow the steps in order to do so:-

    --> Go to Menu.

    --> Open Settings.

    --> Go to Manage Applications.

    --> Choose the desired game app.

    --> From the details tap on clear cache.

    Now try the game and see if the problem is fixed.

    If still it persists then there maybe some problem with the game app.

    You should uninstall it.

    Regards

    These problems are arise because of viruses,virus will restart your device again and again.Firstly you uninstall it and see the same problem is arised again.If not then their is some problem in game app.

    otherwise you have to do following steps:-
    go to settings-> applications->manage application->select your game app->clear cache

    Re: Android powered Motorola Droid keeps on restarting after new game installation

    hey friend ..

    If your Motorola Droid is restarting continuously then this can be due to the following reasons :

    - Your phone's battery has got damaged or has become faulty..
    - Your phone got affected by viruses
    - Your phone's software got corrupted
    - There is no much free space in the phone's memory

    For this problem try the following steps to solve the problem :

    - If you think the problem is due to the app or game you installed then uninstall the game and then see if it solves the issue
    - Replace your battery with the other battery and then try to use the phne ..If it works fine then you have to just buy a new battery for your phone ..
    - Scan your phone for any viruses or malwares and install antivirus in it ..
    - Reset and update your phone with the new software
    - Free up the internal memory of phone and then use the phone

    If the above steps not solve the problem then i would suggest you to take your phone to the service centre and get it checked ..

    thanks
