Android stopped suddenly with Force Close dialog

I don't really know, whether my mobile is faulty or the android version is causing this issue but I always get the Force close dialogue box. It can occur anytime. It doesn't matter whether you are playing an audio,video or browsing internet. It is really annoying. If there is any fix for this, provide it.
