Dear Friend..
It is quite obvious that when we update any OS whether it is windows or Android, then all the apps and its related icons and files has been removed or lost its file location.
To resolve this issue, you just either download all those previous apps which are installed in your device and after that, send all the icons on the home screen of your device so that you can open your fav apps from the home scree.
May be the icons are hide some where or you can directly go to your menu screen and send those icons from there again one by one.
Hope this helps somewhat.
Thank you..![]()
Hi, It is quite obvious that when we update OS in any MOBILE, all the apps and files will be removed, There is no Other way to get these apps back, the only way is to download all those previous apps which are installed in your device Again. Then you can get easy access to the NEWLY installed apps By bringing them to your home screen.
Good luck.....
Hi,
This might be either due to virus.
OR
It might be due to unsupported ROM which you might have installed on your device.
So just do a SCAN of your device.
If any virus found delete it.
OR if still not helping then its due to unsupported ROM so just flash the supported rom and then try again....
