You can fix up this issue by clearing the cache on your phone. For that, first turn off your phone by pressing and holding the Power button. After that, press and hold the Volume Down, Volume Up and Power button at the same time. When the HBOOT screen appears on your phone, move down to ‘Recovery’ option by making use of volume button. Select that option by pressing the Power button. Once the triangle and exclamation becomes visible on the screen, hold the Volume Up and Power button together. Scroll down to the bottom part of the screen with the Volume button and select the ‘Wipe cache partition’ option. Finally, select ‘Reboot System Now’ and wait till the home page appears on your phone.
