You need visible your device before you send or receive any data.First of all open the settings on menu window.Once open will find an option as Wireless & Networks.Tap to open then will find an option as Bluetooth Settings.Hit to open & then will see a new window. In that window tap to activate Bluetooth once activate below will see an option as Visible. You need to tap on check box & then your device will be visible to other device & hence gets connected.Follow the procedure & will be able to send & receive data Bluetooth.

    hi

for getting bluetooth paired just follw these simple steps:
1)visibility of your device should be on.
    2)for this goto setting .
    3)open
    wireless and networks.
    4)click
    on bluetooth setting.
    5
    )activate the bluetooth .
    6)click on the
    visible option below there.
    7)there is a
time limit in android phones for visibility
    .
8)so do pairing within the time limit.
9)now you can transfer your data.

    Thank you for visiting..............
    Happy to help you.
