If the update that you did with the phone is an official update then you have to take the phone to your nearest service center. If the update you have done is an unofficial update then check with your Rom developer if the Custom Rom has a working camera check the change log. If the Rom port has a working camera then you have to do a full format\datawipe before installation of the Rom and check again.
Hope this Helps.
Updating manually will some times cause heavy damage to the functionality of the device, thats why its recommended to wait for official updates from the manufacturers, If you have updated through official update then you can get this problem solved easily. Just take the device to service station and they will surely solve the issue. If you have done it manually then you have to wipe out the Previous ROM data completely and then reconfigure the new data.
Hello
Hope you have installed an official rom on your phone. Then the case might be something didnt get installed accidentally.
Either install it again or do a factory reset which might just solve the problems.
If you have forcefully updated to ICS then i guess you have no warranty left anymore. You cant even go to a service center they wont help you.
Check if the rom that you have installed is a stable one and all the things in it works.
Else just uninstall it and install another custom rom.
Thank you
hi,
many a times,it happens due to problems in upgradation.try factory reset.
else go to service center to re-install the phone software.
the problem will be fixed,i hope.
good luck
Hello Friend ,
This usually happens when the upgrade to a phone is not official. Now you can deal with the problem by restoring your phone if the problem is still there go to your nearest lg service center where they will install new phone software they may even charge for that .
Thanks
