Camera not working on Android based Samsung Galaxy Y

It is not possible to use the camera with my Android based Samsung Galaxy Y. Whenever I open the camera application, I will get an error message saying “error message handler handle message (-1)”. In what way can I get rid of this error?

You should first try to clear the cache memory if it doesn't work then go to Service centre of Samsung. There they will fix it.
Below I have mentioned the steps to Clear the cache memory:-

    • Unlock your device then navigate to menu page.
    • Tap to open it then move to Settings, tap to open it.
    • There tap on Applications, once open then tap on Manage Applications.
    • Once you open Manage Applications, above will find an option as ALL .
    • You need to open it then drag below under that will find an option as Camera.
    • Now tap to open it then once done then tap on Clear Cache.
    • Once tap on it cache memory will be deleted.

If this works then good otherwise go to service centre of Samsung .
There explain your issue, they will first check your phone & then let you know the exact problem.
But your device will be normal as earlier. You have to spend money at least Rs 500.So,go there as soon as possible.
