There is no proper synchronization happening between your Mobile and the laptop thats the problem. This can be solved Easily. Just Remove the SD card from your Phone and re-insert It, Reboot the Mobile device, Give enough time for start up, check your SD contents in the Mobile after that establish a connection to Laptop.

Now surely all your items will be seen. Good Luck.

    Hi,
Please make sure that your phone is connected to the Laptop via a USB cable and see to that the files are available in your phone that is they are not deleted and that they are available once you confirm these files are available make sure that you have turned ON Bluetooth in your Laptop and the open the "Settings" and turn ON Bluetooth under to option "Wireless & networks" there you can pair with your PC do that and then again try connecting to PC then open the folder and see that the files are available in the phone and that they are not missing.
    Hope this helps.

    Hello Guest,
It happens many a times due to errors in the connection. You can restart your phone as well as PC and then try again. However, if even after doing that, the problem continues, then it is better to go to the Service Centre of Sony Ericsson and get your phone software checked and the bluetooth of your phone may also have a fault. Those people will check your phone properly and fix all problems. Thank You. I hope it helps. :-)
