Yes this is possible to send a video via text message on android phone.In this case first of all you will go to the menu and select the messaging option.After that you will select create message.Click on this and select the message option.Then you will go to the gallery file option.Next you will click on this and select the memory card.Then you will search the folder where you have saved your videos.Then you will select any video which you want to insert the you will choose the contact and send the message.This is the procedure to do this.
