Cannot mute or vibrate Motorola Razr Maxx since Android JellyBean update

As I want to expand the abilities of my Motorola Razr Maxx, I have upgraded it to Android JellyBean. Since then, I am not able to find the option for either muting or vibrating the device. What are the steps needed to be taken for resolving the issue?

    ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------

    To perform a Hard Reset:

:: From the home screen, open the menu button.

:: Press on "settings" on your device.

:: Then select and open the “SD & Phone Storage” option after the settings.

:: Now hit on “factory data reset” which is located at the bottom part.

:: Then hit on “Reset Phone” so that you will finalize the "Factory Reset" task.

This will fix the sound and vibration issue.

i think your update is not support in your handset..
you can update following this step

    1)Go to setting
    2)Select about phone
    3)Then click check for update
4)If you find any update means update it..
I hope this will fix your problem..
    Else Restore your old version.
