    Hello friend,

Basically, when you open the camera app, you screen brightness is at the peak regardless of what settings you have.
So the picture through the lens on the camera app looks bright.

You device might be on low or auto brightness.
So whenever you take a pic, and view it in the gallery, the brightness levels are set according to your settings and the pic seems dull.
But when you see the same pic on your PC, it would look normal.

To increase your screen brightness follow these settings:
    - Go to Settings from your menu.
    - Now go to Display.
    - Select Brightness.
    - Now uncheck the auto box (if any) and move the slider to the max level.

    Regards!

Well the image quality depends on the camera quality of your phone. The more the mega pixel in your phone the better would be quality of the image. As you have mentioned earlier the pics were of good quality. The problem might be that the brightness of the phone is at it's maximum, because of which the image appears brighter than in general and when actually seen might look dim. So as to solve this problem you have to reduce the brightness, which you can with the following steps. >1. Firstly goto the settings application in the main menu. >2. In there you will find display option tap on it. >3. Now you will find the brightness option where you just need to reduce it to appropriate level that's it. You are done with it.
