Completely new Android mobile shows an error message "Storage space running low?"

I have recently updated the Android Version of my Samsung Galaxy Reverb to Jelly Bean. I am using an SD card of capacity 16 GB and it is completely empty as well. However, my mobile keep showing an error message "Storage space running low?" on the notification bar. When I opened the notification, it says "Not enough storage Space". Is there any fix for this?

    hey friend ...

I would like to tell you that this is not the problem with your phone nor with the SD card but your phone is showing low memory just because of the low internal space of your phone ...
Or you can say that your phone's internal memory is full..
Also i might be possible that there are many applications or operations going on simultaneously which cause this memory issue

The problem also occurs as when you buy a new phone the default memory for almost every app or feature like camera , messages , contacts , videos , etc is set to phone's internal memory and hence you are getting this low memory error ..

To solve this issue just free up your phone's internal memory by uninstalling unnecessary apps , clearing off cache files , deleting contacts or messages which you dont need ..

    thanks

*Firstly move all your application to external sd card.
    * Delete some of your unwanted data from your device.
    * Scan your device with good antivirus.
    * If you are still facing low memory problem then factory reset your device.
