Well the thing is that you need to install drivers of your samsung phone into your pc then only it would recognise. There would a compact disk given along with your phone which have drivers in it . Install the drivers into your pc from the cd. Then your phone will get recognised when connected.

    hello

I think your mobile is connected with virus or software is corrupted. you have to install Samsung USB drivers in your pc and connect .

you have to reset your mobile is must if some settings are changed then your problem is solved .

    How to reset :

go to Menu ----> settings ----> privacy ----> Factory data reset . your mobile will be clean and works fast as possible .

After that also your problem not solved then go for Samsung care center and ask them to clear problem .

    Hi,
There might be two reasons that the phone is not recognized by the computer.
    1. There might be some problem with the device that is it there might be some deletion in the device drivers and that which might have caused the problem with the device and it might be one reason that the phone is not getting connected. SO please uninstall Kies and install it and see that the problem is resolved also please makes sure that the "USB Debugging" is enabled in "Settings->Applications->Development"
    2. The reason the phone is not being detected is that the Data cable might be damaged and it is not working properly so please make sure that there is no problem with the Data cable and it is working fine once all these factors are checked then your phone should connect properly.
    Hope this Helps.

    hey friend ..

Following could be the reasons why you are not able to connect your phone with the PC..:

    - The data cable or the usb cable you are using is faulty
    - PC suite version is outdated
    - Your PC's usb port is faulty or damaged

    - Your phone's usb jack is faulty or damaged
    - Drivers not working perfectly

Follow below steps to remove the problem :

    - Use the data cable in another PC and then see whether it connects with phone or not .. If it does then it is not faulty and if it does not then its faulty
    - Check by connecting one pen drive or external drive device into your PC's usb port ... its connection and non connection will show you whether your PC's usb port is faulty or not
    - Uninstall and reinstall the drivers
    - Check for any updates available for the PC suite

Try the above steps and i am sure it will connect.. If it does not then take your phone to the service centre and get it checked

    hope i helped
    thanks

    Hello Guest,
Use the Kies installation guide and cd to install the necessary Samsung Drivers in your PC. Once the drivers of the Phone have been installed successfully, then the PC will recognize your device as soon as you connect the phone via USB. You should restart your Computer for changes to take place, before connecting the phone. For any other problems like computer USB Port not working etc, you have to get it checked by a technician. If there is a problem with the phone's USB Slot then it is advisable to go to the nearest Samsung Service Centre. Thank You.
