    Regarding this issue...

In your device camera is not working like this happen in two cases one is internal software missing and another one is camera is lost your device..

So just reset your device once and check whether camera is working or not for that process is in the SETTINGS>>PRIVACY>>FACTORY RESET SETTINGS...

Just do it once surely if you missed internal software means surely get back...

If totally camera lost means you need visit to company show room and check once there...

And scan your device with anti virus software completely...Hope you got it...Thank you..

Re: Continously facing Force close issue in Camera

    hey friend..

The problem of force close in your phone can be due to the following reasons :

    - The camera application got corrupted
    - There are many applications running in the phone in the background
    - Your phone is not capable of opening so many applications at that time
    - The phone's memory is not free enough to open the app
    - Your mobile speed gets too slow and hence it force closes the apps

Try out the following to remove this issue .. :

    - First of all free up some space in the phone's internal memory
    - Close any background running app when not in use
    - Dont open so many apps at the same time as it slows down the speed of phone and force closes the apps which you open
    - Also try by resetting your phone and then use the app

If nothing works then you have to take your phone to the service centre and get it checked..

    thanks ..

Dear friend, There are many application running in the background. Kill them all if you are not using them. Because they slow down the speed of your phone and may be that is the cause of your problem. To kill the background applications you can install any good app killer from the google play store. Or otherwise may be there is some kind of virus in your phone or may be camera software of your phone got corrupted. To overcome this problem firstly scan your phone with any good antivirus. Accordin to me AVG Mobile Security is the best antivirus available in the android market. You can install it from google play store for free. After scaning check whether the problem is solved or not. If not, then you have to factory reset your phone. Follow these steps to do so, 1. Go to main menu of your phone and tap on settings. 2. Then tap on Privacy. 3. And then tap on factory reset. Thats it. It may take few minutes, so be calm. After the factory reset, your phone will be new, as it just came from the factory. All your phone data and app updates will be cleared. If still you have any problem then go to the service center. Regards, Sbmu
