On the notification bar, you can keep on pressing the Google Play notification option. On pressing ‘App Info’ now, you will be taken to the Information page on settings section automatically. The ‘Force Stop’ button on the current screen can be tapped now. The ‘Show Notifications’ label on the current screen has to be located next. There is an associated checkbox next to it. The checkbox must be cleared to disable the notification option. Finally you can tap on ‘ok’ to save the changes.
