Disabling the Built-in apps in Android ICS without any third party Application

Many android applications have the ability to run automatically on the background without any direct permission. Thus these apps will consume the battery and other resources of the system unnecessarily. How can I disable these applications using the existing functions of Android device?

You can easily implement this on your computer by following some simple steps. Open up the app drawer in your device and then choose settings from the list. In the settings screen, scroll down to the device section and choose Apps by tapping on it. Then swipe down the sorting app area to the left side of the App section to access it. Then it will list out the apps and you can choose the app you want to disable by hitting the Disable button. Just tap on the OK button on the warning screen to confirm the action. If you want to enable the app again just go to the app again and choose enable in the App info screen.
