Do we have to defrag our android mobile too like we do in PC? Will that increases the performance of the mobile? How to do it and which app to use for it?

I was wondering if we can defrag our android mobile like our PC to increase the performance? How to do the Defragmentation? Is there any app available for it? How to do it?

    Hello friend,

There is actually no need to defrag your device.
You can just backup your data on your PC, format SD card (through PC or directly) and then restore your data.
It would be the same a defragmenting your device.
To format SD card connect it to PC > select SD card access > right click on the partition > select format.
To do it directly go to settings > storage > erase SD card.

But still if you want to know how to defrag, here are the steps:
    - Connect your device to PC.
    - Select SD card access.
    - Go to 'My Computer'
    - Select the partition of your SD card. Right click on it.
    - Select properties.
    - Go to tools tab.
    - Select Defragment now.

    Hope it helps,
    Regards!

Yeah i think defragging is just a normal part of technology, even though most just clear up the cache you can find some good ones that give your android a good defrag. Defragging you phone will stop it from being so slow due to the build up of files and other junk. The best one i have found is the Android Defrag Pro which i had just found on the google play store. Its a pretty good utility and have a very user friendly GUI.
