    Hi,
Yes adobe flash is supported by the device Xperia Z. In order to use Adobe Flash in your device you have to open the menu and then select "Play Store" application. In the play store application you will be able to select the option to search for applications, select that and search for "Adobe Flash Player" once you have done that you can select and install the application on to your phone, once the application is installed in your. You can open the browser of the phone and then you can play videos in the websites. Also please note that "Google Chrome" does not support flash in your phone so it is not advisable to play videos in Google Chrome.
    Hope this helps.
