Downloaded files get delete on their own in HTC Desire 200

I have noticed that my HTC Desire 200 deletes downloaded files on its own. Initially, I assumed manual mistake but later, I realized that files get delete without prior memeory consuming intimation. Have I been duped with fake accessories, if so then let me know how to identify it.

    Dear friend

The problem you are facing is may be due to some kind of virus attack.

So, first of all scan your phone with any good antivirus such as Kespersky antivirus, Avast antivirus or AVG mobile security.

You can download any one of these from Google Play Store.

After scanning, Delete all the infected files, if any.

But if the problem still persists, then you must consult HTC costumer care.

    They will surely help you.

Hope the answer will be helpful.

    Regards
