May be the problem is with the google account you are provided. To rectify that problem, sign in again. That is, first go to menu and click on settings. And then find the option named "Account" and click on it. There you have to sign out first and sign in again. Once, better switch off your device for a while and switch on. That's it. Now try downloading apps from store with better internet connection. I hope it helps.
