    Hello Guest,
I would like to tell you that even though you can send attachments of size upto 25 MB, but you won't be able to send files larger than 2 MB to persons using different email services such as yahoo, hotmail, Zapakmail etc. To send them these files, you can only do one thing, that is invite your friends to Gmail first. I hope this will solve your problem easily. Thank You.

    Hello

I dont think their is any problem with your phone.

The problem is with youe internet connection and your network. The 2g net connecttion that you have is not enough for uploading 5mb of data. It might be too slow and by the time half of the data is uploaded the network connection might be getting disconnected so it not getting uploaded.

Either try with a 3g connection or wifi.

    Thank you

Re: Email Attachment failed in Samsung Galaxy Y

    Hi,
Unable to attach attachments to E-mail using G-Mail applications this is due to the fact that there are restrictions is size of the file attachment that can be done from mobile using the applications therefore that might be the reason for you not being able to attach the file that is necessary for you to be attached. You can zip the file using applications and then reduce the size of the attachments so that you will be able to send them otherwise use a PC to send those attachments where you can attach upto 25Mb file size for attachments. Also there are applications such as "Dropbox" which can be used to upload the file to the required folder and the link can be sent via a mail for the downloads to happen easily.
    Hope this Helps.
