    hello,
at first check whether it is network problem or not.if it not then uninstall your app first and download it again.after this reboot your device.
for sure your app will work fine .
    thank you

First clear all data and catche of HBO go app.
Now try that app.if you get same message then reinstall that qpp.
If you till got problem then reset your phone reinstall app and try
It if not then there is only one way if they update that app then
    You will get working app.
I think you have to give feedback and report your problem
    To developer.

hi dearthese problem generate as you donot clear cookie or catch.you should clear all databases of the application.the best way to run this application you should reset application and installed again with downloading in new pattern from android market or google play store.these errors occur when you do not clear data regularly after using application.thanks

Here, you could two two things to solve the issue.First one is to un-install the app & then again re-install the app.To un-install the app MENU-SETTINGS-APPLICATIONS-MANAGE APPLICATIONS-HBO GO APP-UN-INSTALL.Once done then again re-install the app Google Play Store. This will definitely solve the issue.Secondly, you could Clear Cache Memory. To clear the cache memory, you should open the Settings, there tap on Applications to open.Once open tap on Manage Applications.A new window will be opened. In that window tap on HBO GO app & drag to below there will see Cache. There tap on Clear Cache & memory will be deleted.Do this & app will work fine.

    Hello friend,
There may be some software regarding issue to must have to rset your phone and then try again.

Remember, by performing a reset, all your data- settings, messages, apps, etc would be deleted.
    So backup up anything important.

    Follow these steps:
    - Go to 'Settings'.
    - Privacy.
    - 'Factory Data Reset'.
    - Fill in your id and password and confirm.
    - You can choose whether to delete SD card data or not.

After the process is complete, your device would return to its out-of-the-box state or to its factory settings.

    Regards!
