There is no problem in accessing my exchange mail account while I was using Ice Cream Sandwich. But after upgrading to JellyBean, I keep getting the error message, “Unable to connect to servers”. Is there any fix available for this problem?

Hi,
The problem with E-mail application with your phone might be due to two reasons.
1. Internet connection -That might can be fixed by opening settings from application drawer and then by selecting the option as "Wireless & Networks" in that select the option as "Mobile Networks" and enter the correct settings in APN, else connect to a WiFi network.
2. Server address problem -This might be due to the fact that the server address might be wrong in your device and that it should be changed in the settings of "E-mail".
Hope this Helps.
