It might be due to insufficient capacity of RAM. If you are running a lot of applications then the problem might occur. Also clear your cache if you are using the browser a lot and the cache can be cleared by using an application by name 1Tap cleaner. Also this might occur if you have dropped your phone any where as it might have some loose contact inside the phone's hardware so check it with the nearest Service center.
    Hope this Helps.

When the phone is automatically switching on and off then there might be a bigger problem than just simply a tweak in the settings. better take your device to the Authorized service center and get it repaired.

Looks like the device is having some major Bug, and the data associated with the Device is corrupted you can get it repaired only with the manufacturer. all the Best.

    Hi there,

    Its definitely a HARDWARE issue.

There is something wrong with some component in your device.

So, you may take your device to the nearest SAMSUNG SERVICE CENTER regarding the issue.

    Also,

Before taking your device to SERVICE CENTER you should try to reset your device to FACTORY DEFAULT.

Here is the procedure to do so.

    PROCEDURE:

    1)Go to HOME SCREEN.

    2)Tap on SETTINGS icon.

    3)Now tap on PRIVACY

4)After that tap on FACTORY RESET followed by RESET PHONE

    And its done..

    Hope it helps!!

    Regards!!
