Dear friend
The problem you are facing is may be due to some kind of virus attack.
So, first of all scan your phone with any good antivirus such as Kespersky antivirus, Avast antivirus or AVG mobile security.
After scanning, Delete all the infected files, if any.
Or, the problem you are facing is may be due to the reason that the cache memory of your Google Play Store application is full.
To overcome this problem, follow the given instructions :-
1. Go to Main Menu.
2. Tap on settings.
3. Tap on applications.
4. Then go to manage applications.
5. It will show the full list of apps installed in your phone.
6. Tap on the Google Play Store application icon.
7. Then tap on clear cache.
Check whether the problem is solved or not.
If the problem still persists, then you must consult Micromax costumer care.
They will surely help you.
Hope the answer will be helpful.
