    Hey

I know what the reason it but i can find where the settings are. I found once a setting where you will find what the head phone once plugged in does. It will be like once you plug in the music will automatically start.

If you are still in gingerbread go to settings-->> sounds you will find it

You update it to ICS and you wont face such problems

    Thank you

    Hello friend,

I'd suggest you to update your phone firmware.
You can do this through Samsung Kies which is Samsung's PC software.
    Download Kies from here.
For Kies to function properly, you must have Microsoft .NET Framework installed.
You can download the latest version here.

    - Install both the files on your PC and then run Kies.
    - Connect your device to PC through USB cable.
    - Select 'Media Player' option in your mobile phone.
    - Now, your device will be shown in Kies.
    - Search from updates from the options given below.
    - Select 'Update Now'. The updates would be downloaded and installed automatically.

Make sure there is enough battery left before updating and do not disconnect cable until 'Update complete' is shown. Incomplete update may cause your device to malfunction.

If performing update doesn't work, perform a factory reset.
But before, back-up your device data i.e apps, messages, settings, etc.

To perform a factory reset, follow these steps:
    - Go to settings.
    - Select 'Privacy'.
    - Tap on Factory data reset.
    - Now select 'reset phone'.
    - Enter your password.
    - Your device will reboot after the reset is done.

Most probably, this would solve your problem. If it doesn't , visit Samsung's service centre,

    Regards!
