    Failed to sign in Yahoo account after factory reset in Samsung Galaxy Ace

    I use a Samsung Galaxy Ace mobile. I performed a factory reset on the phone ,since there was no other way to get rid of all the problems I was facing in my mobile. I then turned sync off and tried to sign in to my yahoo account account, but it refused to do so. It displayed an error message.Please help.

    hello dear-You are facing this problem due to wrong information that you are providing at login time.as original login id and valid password.you should go to computer and sign in your account after that sign with your mobile.you will be able to use this after doing such process.You should also update your yahoos mail app on google play store.thanks

    I will help you to solve your problem just follow as i say.

    i think that that your problem will be solved after clear the cache of Yahoo apps so for this you are simply follow some of the steps::::::::::::::::>>>>>>>>>>>>>

    * GO TO THE MAIN MENU

    * THEN GO TO THE SETTING

    * THEN TAP ON THE APPS SETTING

    * THEN GO TO THE MANAGE APPS

    * THEN SELECT THE YAHOO APPS

    * THEN CLEAR THE CACHE AND COOKIES

    * AFTER THAT RESTART YOUR DEVICE

    Hi friends...

    Failed to sign in yahoo account after factory reset in Samsung Galaxy Ace.

    Follow the steps below---

    -->Open the home page from the device.

    -->Click the menu option.

    -->select the setting option.

    -->Go to the application option

    -->Followed by the manage app

    -->Open the yahoo app

    -->Clear the cache & data

    -->If require then uninstall the app

    -->Connect the faster internet connection .

    -->Download & reinstall it again

    -->Finally solve the matter.
