It happens with Mobiles which does does not support the Higher end Games. The high end Games always use very high memory and all the RAM required in the Device, the reason is that when the Games use all the memory and RAM the Mobile OS WILL LOSE the capability to work so suddenly it will switch off.

You need to upgrade the RAM and also the internal memory of the Device before installing any High end Graphics Games and using that.

Well in order to resolve this problem you need to update or flash your firmware. With updating of ur firmware the phone will have better support of data. You need to back your data before you flash your firmware as data will be erased in this process.

    Hello

The reasons may be as follow:

Your hardware doesnt support the game. The game must be intended to be played in a higher requirement

May be the game is corrupted. For this uninstall the game and download it again to download.

    Thanks

    Hello Friend,

if your phone get switched off after exiting games Then two Conditions may be possible :-

    >> May be Games that are you playing is not supported by your phone <<

If mobile games is not supported by your phones then this kind of problem occur several times.
this is because Most of RAM is consumed by Games and while on exiting, your systems doesn't recognized the process because No or less availabilty of RAM.
thats why your systems turn off anoymously.
so don't play heavy game .
free some RAM before playing this lind of game.
you can free RAM by killing background tasks.

    >>Due To Virus or Bugs <<

some times your systems get turn off without notifying you, this is because of virus.virus corrupt some systems files that create unstability in OS.

thats why your system get switched off.

in order to solve this issues

    >>please reset your factory data .

    >>scan your mobile with good updated antivirus.

    thats it
    thank you
