Getting Error 403 while downloading apps through Google android Play Store into Asus Transformer Pad Infinity TF700

Every time I try to download any apps into my Asus Transformer Pad Infinity TF700 through Google Play Store, it gives me the error code 403. The same issue can be found while updating the apps through it. How can I resolve this error?

Press the ‘Home’ key on your phone and hit the ‘Settings’ option available on the home screen. Tap the ‘Account and Sync’ option and delete your Google account. After that, get back to the settings and tap the ‘Applications’ option from the settings list. Tap over the ‘Manage apps’ option afterwards and hit the ‘View All’ option. Choose the Google Play Store from the list of applications and tap over the ‘Clear Data’ and ‘Clear Cache’ buttons. Launch the Google Play Store again so that you will be prompted to enter the g-mail account. Log in to your account and download or update apps from the Play Store.

    Hi,
The problem with the Google Play store application showing an "Error 403" when downloading applications is due to the fact of slow internet connection this problem occurs when the phone does not have proper connectivity to the internet. In order to solve the issue open the application drawer and then select the option "Settings" in the settings menu you will be able to enter into the "Wireless & networks" there you will be able to enter into the More where you will be able to edit the APN of the device and then change that to the correct one for your network provider. If you are using a WiFi connection then make sure that whether you WiFi connection is proper or not.
    Hope this Helps
