    Getting error App canít be working properly in Samsung Galaxy Mega 6.3

    I am facing a problem from one week after rooting my device whenever i try to use any application on Samsung Galaxy Mega 6.3 phone it give error application are not working properly What can i do to resolve it.

    Hello Friend, It may be due to not correctly rooting of your device so root it again if after then problem persists then clear the cache and data of apps which are not working...

    In order to solve the issue with Galaxy Mega device giving error when opening an application, please make sure that the problem is application specific or OS specific. Clear data and cache of the application that is force closing and then see to that if the issue is fixed, if the issue is not fixed then try uninstalling the application and then re-installing them see to that if the issue can be fixed, if that also doesn't help then you have to format the device as the problem is OS specific and it can be solved only by formatting the device. Once the device is formatted you will lose all your data so it is mandatory to take a backup before that. Then install the applications that caused problem they should install properly.

    Follow the steps below--

    -->Open the home page from the device .

    -->Click the menu option.

    -->Connect the faster internet connection .

    -->Select the setting option.

    -->Go to the application .

    -->Then clear the cache data & cookies.

    -->Scan the device by the antivirus.

    -->Remove the unwanted application .

    -->Need to the update the all application & software .

    -->If require then reinstall the latest version .

    To solve this problem follow these steps
    • Rooting the device may damage the device totally or partially .
    • In your case I think the device is partially damaged so go to the service center then check for the problem
    • Before going to the service center reset the device once and check the the problem is solved or not
    • Press power and home button and the volume down key for a while untill you will get the recovery screen on your device
    • Then select the option Reset by using the volume key It will take few minutes to reset the device
    • Then try to access the apps on your device.

    You have simply follow some of the steps after that your problem will be solved:::::::::::::>>>>>>>>>>>

    * First of all go to the main menu

    * Then go to the setting

    * Then go to the apps setting

    * Then go to the manage apps

    * Then select the apps which is not running

    * Then tap on the option

    * Then clear the cache and cookies

    * After that restart your device
