Getting error code 101 when trying to download anything from Google Play Store

When I try to get anything from the Google Play Store, I get an error code 101. What is this? I don't know anything about it so checked my storage space and there is plenty of space there for storage. What should I do to solve this issue?

    Hello Buddy,

This problem generally arise in devices and creates unwanted interruption in downloading files. This error comes when your cache memory is full. So, in order to clear the cache memory, you should follow these steps :

    >>>> Go to SETTINGS,

    >>>> Tap on APPLICATIONS options,

    >>>> Inside that you will find the option of MANAGE APPLICATION,

    >>>> Finally you will get a list of apps which are installed in your phone, among them tap on PLAY STORE.

    >>>> In its Menu bar CLEAR THE CACHE .

Now , there will be no interruption while downloading.
