Getting the error message as “No Connection” in the apps even after having the Internet Wi-Fi connection

Whenever I try to access any apps or update, it just says “No connection” but the Internet works just fine from the browser as it is connected via Wi-Fi. Can you tell me why am I facing this problem? Someone else faced same kind of problem? Is there any solution for this issue?

Re: Getting the error message as “No Connection” in the apps even after having the Internet Wi-Fi connection

    Hello friend,

It is very minor problem among android users.
If All apps showing Connections error then there is a problem in WiFi.
In order to solve this issues follow below steps :

    >>Use static ip address for Wifi connections.
    It is provided by ISP.

    >>Some time Wifi show that it is connected ,but in actual it is not identified your devices .in this case WiFi not working.
So, to solve this issue you need to disconnect your WiFi first.
Then restart your devices and connect it again.

    >>Make sure username and password given by ISP is enter correct.

    Thats it

Note : After using static ip,your problem will solve for sure.

    Thank you
