Google Play Store app not working with Android powered Motorola Xoom

Since two weeks, I am not able to install anything from Google Play Store app on my Android powered Motorola Xoom. Whenever I make a single tap over the Google Play Store icon, I keep getting the error message saying “unfortunately Play Store has stopped”. How can I resolve this issue?

    Hi friend,
Try to clear the cache and data and also the installed updates of the Google Play store app
    1.Go to the Menu
    2.Tap on the "Settings"
    3.Now go to "Applications"
4.There tap on the "Manage Applications"
5.Go to the Google Play store app
6.Here tap on the options "Clear cache" and "Clear Data"
7.Also tap on the option "Uninstall updates" option

Now restart the mobile and relaunch the Google play app..It`ll work..If it is not working, then you need to factory reset your mobile to restore the Google Play back..

    Thank you!!!

You can do two things first is to uninstall the updates & second is to Clear the cache memory. To uninstall the updates MENU-SETTINGS-APPLICATIONS-MANAGE APPLICATIONS-GOOGLE PLAY STORE-UNINSTALL UPDATES-OK.After doing that problem might be solved, but before you uninstall the updates check cache mmeory if find full then clear that.MENU-SETTINGS-APPLICATIONS-MANAGE APPLICATIONS-GOOGLE PLAY STORE-CLEAR CACHE-OK.After doing that problem might be solved. So,first clear the cache memory if does't solve solve the problem then go for update uninstall.

Dear friend, May be you are viewing this error massage because your cache memory is full. To overcome this problem you have to follow these simple steps :- 1. First of all go to your phone's "Main Menu". Then go to "Settings". 2. Tap on "Applications" and find the "Mannage applications" option and click on it. 3. Here find the "Google play store" and click on options. 4. Click on "clear cache". Thats it. If the problem still remains then you have to factory reset your device. Regards, Sbmu
