Hello friend,
This problem happens sometimes.
To fix it follow these steps:
- Go to settings.
- Applications.
- Manage applications.
- All.
- Select Play Store.
- Select clear cache and clear data.
- Reboot once.
If this doesn't work, simply flash the gapps (Google apps) file.
You can download appropriate gapps here. Depends on your android version.
If you have Gingerbread 2.3, select GB and if Ice-cream Sandwich 4.0, select ICS.
Download the gapps file and flash it through ClockworkMod Recovery.
There is one more way- perform a factory reset. But before doing it backup your data.
- Go to settings.
- Privacy.
- Factory Data reset.
- Fill in details an reset.
Hope it helps,
Regards!
If you have the file of the android market and your Tablet runs an android version greater than 2.2 then the Google Play store will automatically will get updated from your android market. If you have a version that has an android version lower than that then play store is not supported. Otherwise you can download a playstore application then place it in System->app by changing the application name to vending.apk. The application can be placed in system\app by using root explorer but you will need root access for that.
Hope this helps.
1) Try rebooting the Device, If the File is crashed sometimes rebooting will rectify the Error.
2) If you are unable to get the App working, then You have to Factory Reset the Device.
3) Settings --> Privacy --> Factory Reset.
4) You also have the flexibility to download the market App Manually from Third party websites and can install in it.

this error occurs due to cross management of file

This problem occurs due to cache data.
To clear the cache data , navigate to
Settings >> Applications >> Manage Applications >> Play Store >> Options >> Clear Cache data
If this is not successful, you can uninstall the app and download and install the app again from Google play store.
Also you may go for Factory reset if required, but first take backup of all your data with “Titanium back up” app.
You can download and install the app from Google Play Store
Reboot your System once installed
