    Dear,

It seems that you have Software fault.First of make sure that the Android OS you are using in your phone is an Official Version from Samsung.
Just Restart your device and Log in Gmail Account Again.Access Play Store.
If you Still have a same problem, you should go for Authorised Service Center of Samsung.THey Will help you right a way.

    Pleasure to help you...!!

    Hello Guest,
To use the Play Store Service, you need to register your device in the Play Store through your gmail account. So I would suggest that if you don't have a gmail account, do create one from your PC, and when you open the Play Store app in your device for the very first time, you will be asked for registration, so just enter the same username and password which you used to create Gmail account on PC. After that tap on ok, and your device will be recognized by Play Store now, account will be linked, so you can also install apps in your phone through PC. Hope this helps. Thank You.
