    Re: Google Play stuck in ‘Downloading’ in Motorola android device

    There are some Motorola android devices that make use of a ‘Data Saving’ feature that protects Google Play from downloading if your android phone is not connected towards a Wi-Fi network.
    For fixing this issue;
    • Go to the Home Screen
    • Tap on the ‘Menu’ tab
    • Choose ‘Settings’ tab
    • Now users will have to scroll down and then choose the option denoted as ‘Battery & Data Manager’
    • Then select the option denoted as ‘Data Saver’
    Finally users will have to ensure that the box for ‘Enable Data Server’ is unchecked. This will fix the issue.

    Cool Re: Google Play stuck in ‘Downloading’ in Motorola android device

    HI..

    From the your Android desktop navigate to:
    Settings -> Applications -> Manage Applications ->
    Now click on “All Apps” ->
    Click on the ‘Market’ app ->
    Under ‘cache’ – Select "Clear cache"
    Clear Data – Select "Clear data"

    Go back to list of Manage Applications

    Click the Download Manager -> Under ‘cache’ – Select "Clear cache"

    Restart the phone and then visit the market.

    It should now enable downloading.

    let me know whether that worked

    Thanks

    Dear,
    It may possible because of your data limit, data management.
    To get out of this issue , you need to follow the steps.
    -Open settings
    -battery and data manager
    -data saver.
    Manage it as your way.
    still you have a problem,
    You need to perform a factory data reset on your device.
    It will restore all your default settings.
    Settings>>Privacy>>Factory data reset.
