Hello Guest, You can backup contacts etc. by choosing the "Export to SDcard" option in the Contact Settings. Next you can backup your images and pictures by connecting your phone to PC via USB. You will see a drive, just drag and drop data with the help of mouse on PC. Thank You.

    Hello

You can use samsung kies to back up all your datas.

Just connect your phone via usb and start kies on your system and tap on sync and choose whatever you want to back up.

If you need everything better tick on everything. It will back up all your data which you can restore it after you fix your phone

    Thank you

    Hi,
In order to backup your phone data you have to download and install ADB in your PC. Log On to Google Developers website and then you should download the SDK for android. This will help you in viewing the screen of the phone. Once the SDK is downloaded you can open folder to which it is extracted and then open SDK manager. There you will be able to download "tools and platform tools" and "Google Drivers" once these are downloaded copy the contents from Platform Tools to Tools. Make sure that you have all the drivers necessary for the phone to connect to PC successfully installed. Once that is made sure connect the phone to the PC when it is Turned ON then navigate to the Tools folder of the SDK there you will an file as "DDMS.bat" that is a Dalvik debug monitor using that you can take screen shots of the phone select the device menu at the top and select the option as Screen. There you will be able to view the screen of the phone with the help of that you should navigate and you can backup Contacts by selecting the Contacts applications and all the things can be done by using the window all make sure that you refresh every time you navigate to a different screen.
    Hope this Helps.
