First of all, press the ‘Home’ button on your phone and then tap the ‘Menu’ key. Hit the ‘Settings’ option available on the screen afterwards. Then, tap over the ‘Data synchronization’ option so that you can find the ‘Exchange ActiveSync’ option. After hitting that option, press the ‘Menu’ key again. You can then get into Exchange mail settings by tapping the ‘Settings’ option. After that, make the necessary changes you want. Once you finish it, press the ‘Back’ button to save them.
To change the settings of Exchange Active Sync account on HTC Magic, follow these steps:-
- Go to home screen.
- Select the menu option.
- Click on settings.
- Press the data sync option.
- Tap on the option named as exchange active synchronization option.
- Go to menu option.
- Select setting.
- Press exchange mail settings.
- Here change the settings as your wish.
- Select back option to save the changes.
