How to do Bluetooth File transfer to other devices in Android 2.1?

I have upgraded my Spica to Android 2.1 (I570EXXJCF) and I have installed the application "Bluetooth File Transfer" from the Market.

After enabling bluetooth (made it discoverable, started the services FTP and OPP through the widget), Other devices can pair/connect to my phone and access my contents and send files to me.

But, I am unable to send anything to other devices !!!

    Hii Friend,

As i understand your problem You can't connect with target device because it lacks of the "File Transfer Profile" (OBEXFTP) and/or the "Object Push Profile" (OBEX OPP) Bluetooth services.

Just Make sure that target device is in DISCOVERABLE mode and enabled to receive files!
I think It will work Good luck....

You need to make pair with other device.Without pair it can not be able to send anything to other device.
To make the pair first you have to scan for other device then automatically your phone will ask for pair.Once the pair enables you can send anything to to paired device. Also while using bluetooth always make it discoverable.

Yes. It happens in few mobiles. There are apps in Google playstore using which will allow you to transfer the files using bluetooth.
Search for bluetooth file transfer, you will get your compatible software. Download and start using it.

    Hello

Why dont you just remove that app and try sending files with the inbiult bluetooth system??

Just select the files whatever you want to transfer then tap share via bluetooth. After that it will start scanning for the available bluetooth devices.

Tap on the device you want to send and the transfer will start.

If any problem arises you can just pair both the devices before you start sending.

    Thank You
