All the browsers comes out with the feature to Block the pop-ups that comes out when you visit certain pages, Usually the Ads are the ones that will come as Pop up Message. You need to alter the settings of the browser to filter out these Pop ups.

In opera Mini web browser, Check the Preferences Dialog button and Enable the feature to block all the Pop ups, If you want pop ups to occur you can always reverse it by Disabling the Feature.

    All the Best.
