Select the Apps section from the app drawer of your Android Samsung Galaxy S4. Then navigate to find the Settings option. Then tap on the More option which is located on the upper right corner of the screen. Scroll down the page to find the ‘About Phone’ option and then select it. On the About Phone page scroll down to find the Build Number option and tap on the option several times. Continue to do the action till u see a message saying “Developer mode has been enabled.” Exit from the screen and select the Developer options under device manager. In the developer options, put a check mark against USB debugging and thus you can use the developer tools with your Android phone.
