How to ensure the security of Dropbox files saved into android device?

I am currently using Dropbox app with my android phone for uploading and accessing dropbox files. But, I can’t find any option for locking the dropbox folders available inside the device. In what way can I keep dropbox files secure on my android phone?

Launch the ‘Dropbox’ app on your phone and access its menu by hitting the ‘Menu’ button. Scroll through the options available in that menu and tap the ‘Settings’ option. Locate ‘Passcode Lock’ option from Dropbox settings screen and tap over the checkbox next to it until a tick mark appears inside the box. This will redirect you to the passcode lock settings from which find ‘Turn passcode on’ option and enable it by tapping on it. Enter the four digit pass code and confirm it. Wait until the ‘Passcode set’ message pop up pn the screen. You can then enable the ‘Erase Data’ option available in passcode lock settings. This will erase dropbox date once you fail to insert the correct passcode after making 10 attempts.

For ensuring the security of Drop box files, you have to set the pass-code so that your files are to be safe and for that you need to lock the pass-code.

:: So go to the home screen page by pressing ""Menu"" button.

:: Now select the “Drop box” app option from the application screen.

:: After that select the drop box settings option and then open it.

:: Once it opens, you have to select the “Pass-code Lock" option where you have to check the it for enable the lock.

:: Now you want that set the Pass-code Lock in to it, by entering code in to the Pass-code set.

:: After that enable the erase data feature, because if anyone fails to unlock the pass-code with in change then your data gets erase.
