How to install Internet Explorer in an Android Mobile?

Hello sir. I am an user of Samsung Galaxy Tab 3. It is a nice device which works fine most of the times. However, it doesn't allow me to fill some online forms and open some specific sites because they ask for internet explorer browser. Is there any way to install Internet Explorer in an android device?
