How to load plug-ins on demand in Android ICS browser?

Loading webpage with too many plug-INS is making my Android smart phone unresponsive. I am noticing frequent lags on webpages while browsing from my phone. Is it possible for me to configure the plug-ins manually?

Open up the app drawer and launch the browser app on your Android phone. Tap on the menu button and select settings from the list of options. In the settings page, select the ‘Advanced’ option. From the advanced screen select the enable Plugin option. By default, the option will be set Always ON. You can switch it to On demand state by enabling it. To see the result, load a Webpage with plug-ins.
