    How to resolve error with code 10 while trying to backup the contacts on android phone from Samsung?

    How can I get the error code 10 resolved? What could be the reason for this error message to pop up?

    This issue mainly arises when the backup assistant fails to back up your phone contacts. This issue is prominent on android phones running on Gingerbread. The error code would say that the backup assistant cannot backup the contacts due to android contact provider. This issue can be resolved by first pressing the menu button and then selecting settings. In settings you need to tap on Accounts and Sync. There you will be able to see Backup Assistant. You need to make sure that the Auto Sync option is checked. Then you need to tap on Backup now to get the phone synced with Google contacts.
