How to Root HTC Aria to Run CM7 in it?

I have an HTC Aria and am trying to root it and install CM7 onto it. I have S-off after a painstaking amount of time, have superuser permissions, flashed clockwork mod recovery multiple times, re-installed ROM manager and flashed some more...Yet to no avail have I been able to boot into recovery mode or install CM7. Help is a necessity hope you guys know where to start because I sure don't.

Before we begin, let me make you clear that rooting your phone will void your warranty and if anything gone wrong only you will be responsible.
So if you dont know what are you doing please so some reaserach on google and read all the cons and pro of doing it.

Now first of all backup all your important data and contacts.

You can back with the help of below mentioned method:

To backup SMS – Use “SMS Backup & Restore app”,
To backup ContactsSync with the Gmail application,
To backup Call Log - Call Log and Restore
To backup Images, Songs, Videos, FilesCopy to internal / External SD Card,
To backup APN and MMS Settings – Note down from the path “Applications > Settings > Wireless and Network > Mobile Networks > Access Point Names

Now reboot your HTC in HBOOT and if the first line shows S-ON you have to install Revolutionary Tool and if shows S-OFF, skip the How to install Revolutionary Tools steps.

    How to install Revolutionary Tools

    1. First download and install the HTC Sync drivers.

    2. Then disable the Fastboot on the device. To do so go to Settings-> Power-> disable Fastboot.
USB debugging must be enabeled, to do so Settings-> Applications ->Development-> USB debugging.

    3. You can finally download Revolutionary 0.4pre4 (on the PC). Search on google for download links please.
Then follow the prompts in order to get a beta key.
Connect the HTC Aria with the computer (via the USB cord).

    4. Run Revolutionary from the PC and enter the beta key obtained before (step 4).

    5. Let the application do its job (root, install ClockworkMod Recovery, turn S-Off) and don’t press anything. The process should take a few minutes.

The phone will reboot on its own, so you will know when it is over.
That’s it; the HTC Aria has now S-Off.

    Steps to Install CM7

    1. Download the latest CyanogenMod version from the official website.
    2. Connect your phone to PC using USB cord.
    3. Copy the .zip file you downloaded in Step 1 in the phone SD card’s root folder from the computer which means donot copy the .zip files in any folder or sub folder paste it in the root directory.
    4. Now you have to reboot the Aria into ClockWorkMod Recovery. To do so turn the phone off, press the power button while holding down the trackball button, ClockWorkMod Recovery comes when you install the Revolutionary tool, as already mentioned above.
Select “Wipe data / factory reset” . Use Volume keys to go up and down in menu and Power key to select the option.
    6. Choose “Wipe cache partition”.
    7. Now the installation process will staart. Select “Install zip from SD card”; then “choose zip from SD card”. Select the .zip file you have copied in the SD card.
    8. Select +++++Go Back+++++ to get back to the main menu.
    9. “Reboot system now”.

That’s it, the HTC Aria will now boot into CyanogenMod.
